Focused Flow: Seated Back Stretch

A Guided Yoga Asana Practice


This gentle flow consists of seated forward folds to help stretch the upper and lower back. We begin with neck and waist rotations in cross-leg position, then move into seated double and single leg movements.

Students will need the following materials:
