Participation in the Soul Liberation online school is voluntary and the User can cease participation at any time. The User is responsible for determining their physical, mental, and emotional ability to engage in activity and should discuss with their medical doctor(s) any health issues or concerns they have before participating. Soul Liberation nor its virtual platform is not a licensed authority on either physical health or mental health and does not guarantee any specific results.

Neither Soul Liberation, its owners, operators, officials, workers, teachers, volunteers, nor any other associated members, are liable for any claim of loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to lessons or information provided by this virtual platform, and will not be responsible for any negative outcomes, including any due to claims of negligence or performance. As the User, you hold full responsibility for personal outcomes, and agree to irrevocably release Soul Liberation and all aforementioned parties from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, or demands of whatever nature regarding damages, losses, and injuries, known or unknown, which are incurred by, arise from, or are in any way related to participation in the Soul Liberation online school. You agree to not hold liable or bring forth any legal action against Soul Liberation and all aforementioned parties, and recognize that this agreement is also binding to heirs, spouse, children, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. You consent to indemnify & defend any aforementioned parties against any injury or destruction claims by any other user of your account, authorized or unauthorized, against Soul Liberation.

By enrolling and/or participating in any courses provided by the Soul Liberation online school, you agree to all aforementioned terms and will abide by all conditions.
