Focused Flow: Warrior Lunges

A Guided Yoga Asana Practice


In this series we practice high and low lunges with Warrior positions. These movements and postures help tone the legs, arms, and core while working on strength and balance.

Students will need the following materials:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga blocks
  • Blanket
